Terms & Conditions

Service Agreement: By purchasing the HR Basic Consulting Package, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Payment Terms: Full payment of $1,500 is required, and by submitting payment you agree to the following.

  2. Scope of Services: Services are limited to those explicitly outlined in this package description. Additional consulting hours beyond the included strategy session are available at our standard hourly rate. Custom projects requiring extensive research or documentation may be quoted separately.

  3. Timeline: The initial strategy session will be scheduled within 10 business days of agreement execution. All deliverables will be provided within 30 days of the initial consultation, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The 30-day email support period begins on the date of the strategy session.

  4. Client Responsibilities: Client agrees to provide timely access to relevant documents, personnel, and information necessary for completing the consulting engagement. Delays caused by client unavailability may extend project timelines.

  5. Confidentiality: All information shared during the consulting engagement will be treated as confidential. We will not disclose client information to third parties without written consent, except as required by law.

  6. Professional Advice Disclaimer: Our consulting services provide general HR guidance and recommendations. This package does not constitute legal advice. Clients are encouraged to consult with employment law attorneys for specific legal questions or concerns.

  7. Limitation of Services: Email support is limited to general follow-up questions related to the initial consultation. Each email response will be provided within two business days. Email support does not include new project work or extensive research.

  8. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled strategy session will receive a full refund minus a $200 administrative fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable, though the session may be rescheduled once at no additional charge.

  9. Deliverables: All materials provided (policies, templates, reports) are customized for the client's use but remain the intellectual property of our consulting firm. Clients may use materials internally but may not resell, reproduce for external distribution, or claim authorship.

  10. Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the amount paid for this consulting package. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or recommendations.

  11. Compliance Responsibility: While we provide compliance guidance, ultimate responsibility for legal compliance rests with the client organization. We recommend regular review of employment practices with qualified legal counsel.
