Refund/Cancellation Policy
Before Work Begins: Clients may cancel services with 30 days written notice. For initial strategy sessions: cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session will receive a full refund minus a $200 administrative fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable, though the session may be rescheduled once at no additional charge.

Ownership & Usage Rights
