All information shared during the consulting engagement will be treated as confidential. We will not disclose client information to third parties without written consent, except as required by law.
Professional Advice Disclaimer

Limitation of Services
Email support is limited to general follow-up questions related to the initial consultation. Each email response will be provided within two business days. Email support does not include new project work or extensive research, or inquiring for a new quote for services specific to your business.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled strategy session will receive a full refund minus a $200 administrative fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable, though the session may be rescheduled once at no additional charge.
Deliverables
All materials provided (policies, templates, reports) are customized for the client's use but remain the intellectual property of our consulting firm. Clients may use materials internally but may not resell, reproduce for external distribution, or claim authorship.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for this consulting package. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or recommendations.
Compliance Responsibility
While we provide compliance guidance, ultimate responsibility for legal compliance rests with the client organization. We recommend regular review of employment practices with qualified legal counsel.
