Refund/Cancellation Policy

• Before Work Begins: Clients may cancel services with 30 days written notice. For initial strategy sessions: cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session will receive a full refund minus a $200 administrative fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable, though the session may be rescheduled once at no additional charge.

Ownership & Usage Rights

• Deliverables: All materials provided (policies, templates, reports) are customized for the client's use but remain the intellectual property of our consulting firm. Clients may use materials internally but may not resell, reproduce for external distribution, or claim authorship.

• Client may modify, update, and distribute materials as needed

• Templates and development processes remain proprietary to the service provider Business Academy 101.

  Scope of Services: Services are limited to those explicitly outlined in this package description. Additional consulting hours beyond the included strategy sessions are available at our standard hourly rate. Custom projects requiring extensive research or documentation may be quoted separately.
