Client Responsibilities

Refund Policy

  • Before Work Begins: Full refund if requested before handbook development starts

  • After First Draft Delivered: 50% refund if client is unsatisfied before first revision

  • After Revisions Begin: No refunds, as custom work has been completed

Ownership & Usage Rights

  • Deliverables: All materials provided (policies, templates, reports) are customized for the client's use but remain the intellectual property of our consulting firm. Clients may use materials internally but may not resell, reproduce for external distribution, or claim authorship.

  • Client may modify, update, and distribute handbook as needed

  • Templates and development processes remain proprietary to the service provider Business Academy 101.

    Scope of Services: Services are limited to those explicitly outlined in this package description. Additional consulting hours beyond the included strategy session are available at our standard hourly rate. Custom projects requiring extensive research or documentation may be quoted separately.
